Management of regulation and regulatory bodies

We tend to focus on high levels issues such as goals, structure, risks to objectives, ex ante and ex post analysis of policy areas, as well as evaluation of working methods. We cover full multinational regimes (e.g. our review of EU Terror Finance countermeasures) or specific initiatives within a single institution or profession (e.g. our work with the UK's Solicitors Regulation Authority). We assess the bases of regulatory doctrine and participate in statutory reviews.
